Discipleship

Jesus' last words to the disciples in Matthew 28:18-20 were, "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." He commands for us to make disciples. What does that mean? For us it means being committed to a few hungry Christian students, doing life with them, walking through trials with them, helping them to have biblical perspective, and teaching them to love others well and share Christ with the people around them. Also, it means showing them that we don't have it all together spiritually.. we are horrible screw ups in need of God's grace.

You can pray that God would use us to lead these students into deeper intimacy with Christ.
